Navachetana Vividoddesha Souhardha Sahakari Sangha Niyamit,Haveri is a fast-growing , well networked and Professionally managed society with its headquarters in Haveri, Karnataka.
In 2006, The Society was established with two branches in Karnataka. We are currently operating through 47 branches spread across 7 district. There are 280+ Pigmy Agents who are interacting with our members on a daily basis, in addition to 190+ Dedicated Professional employees. The society's has been serving in extended area while adhering to prudential norms as the society has able leadership in mid management and Senior management.
According to its bye-laws, the society is permitted to take deposits from its members under a variety of schemes, such as the Fixed deposits, monthly income scheme, recurring deposits, saving accounts, and daily deposits (Pigmy deposits), among other unique plans. Additionally, we offer our members a variety of need based Loans. The deposit plans are made to give our members the highest value possible, through better interest rates.

Shri. Nagendra V Mali is the founder of Navachetana Vividoddesha Souhardha Sahakari Sangha Niyamit,Haveri with over 28 years of experience in Financial services and Socio-economic development. He is promoter of Navachetana Group that has generated about 3850 employment, and is serving about 6lakh customers in total. Navachetana Group offers customers quality financial services and generates jobs. The mission of Navachetana Group is to serve the under banked communities by providing various Financial services and achieve overall economic development.

Shri. C S Manegar had been serving as the CEO and is incharge of day today operations of Navachetana Vividoddesha Souhardha Sahakari Sangha Niyamit,Haveri. He has 25 years of extensive experience in the finance and cooperative sectors. And he is well known for his leadership abilities. He has excellent skills in Team Building and Motovation, setting the budgets, timeline based implementation of projects. He is well versed with building good Process and systems with a long term sustainability of the institutions.
